It is with great sadness that the family announce the sudden passing of Jack, in Burlington, on Friday, July 7, 2017, at the age of 72. Predeceased by his wife Maria (2010). Loving father of Ruth Della Camera (Chris) and Susy Giordano (Reno). Proud grandfather of Gianluca, Adriano, Mattea and Marco. Dear brother of Joselia, the late Fernando and Jose (Maria). Jack will be missed by extended family and friends in Canada and Portugal. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Sunday, July 9, 2017 from 3-5 and 7-9 pm, where a Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday, July 10, 2017 at 10:30 am. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Burlington. For those who wish, donations in memory of Jack to a charity of choice would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
