Obituary for Len Lucier

Len Lucier
It is with deep pain and sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Len Lucier from a tragic boating accident on July 2nd, 2017.

Len was a loving and dedicated husband and father and a caring friend to many. He was a partner at Deloitte and a member of the Burlington Golf and Country Club. Len’s greatest happiness came from making others happy. He took immense pride in entertaining his family and friends at his home, hosting BBQs and pool parties for the people he loved. He loved travel, a round of golf and spending time with family and friends. In addition to those things, he enjoyed a competitive game of cards and board games with his family.

Len will be greatly missed by his wife and best friend, Jen Lucier (nee Duncan), his five children, Lexus, Leyton, Landon, Jaelyn, and Jordyn, his father Len, his mother Dianne (Eugene), his sisters Kelly (Chris) and Keri (Chris), his nephew and niece, Carter and Avery, his mother-in law, Arlene Duncan (Brian), as well as all his dear friends and colleagues.

A celebration of life will be held at the Art Gallery of Burlington, 1333 Lakeshore Road, Burlington, Ontario, L7S 1A9, on Thursday July 13th from 2 pm to 5 pm. There will be a tribute of words in Len's honour at 4 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).
