Peacefully at her residence on Saturday, June 24, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Bill Plumb (June 27, 2001). Loving mother of Brian Plumb (Kathryn) and Kevin Plumb. Cherished grandmother of Kemp, Kyle, Merideth, Zachary, Jeremy and Zoe. Predeceased by her parents Adam and Agnes Marr and brother Jim Marr. Nancy was a long-time member of Wellington Square United Church, the Women’s Probus Club of Burlington and a volunteer with the Burlington Cultural Centre (BPAC). Nancy loved to volunteer, especially Friday Night Community meals at the Wellington Square United Church where she made so many special friendships. With a wonderful voice, infectious laugh she enjoyed a very active life up until her recent passing. We also know she will be greatly missed by her many, long-time close and dear friends. Visitation will be held at Wellington Square United Church, 2121 Caroline Street, Burlington on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 from 12:30p.m. until the time of a funeral service at 1:30p.m. Interment Greenwood Cemetery.
