Obituary for Stanley Lanc
Lanc, Stanley
With great sadness, our family (Cathy, Maureen and Daniel Lanc) wish to announce the passing of Stan Lanc at 6:30 a.m, on June 6, 2017.We have so many people to thank for all their support to Stan and our family: the Hamilton Lancs, the Smith Avenue community; Stan's good friends Steve, Ed, Don and Jim; Cathy's good friends Diane, Janet, Audrey, Sharon and Jackie;Elizabeth and Travis for Maureen and Daniel.
We were supported through this difficult journey by Dr. Ganasen, Dr. Kang and Dr. Ann Opavsky, all staff on 5south at the JBH and Dr. Tim Salter (Stan's physician and guide); Dr. Don Colonne, Joan McCairn and Fiona Wheelband. The blessing of Carpenter Hospice, for a short stay, will be forever appreciated.
Please have a coffee in Stan's honour. If you wish to make a donation in remembrance of Stan, please donate to the Good Shepherd Centre in Hamilton.
