It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our Mother on Tuesday, May 23, 2017, in her 94th year, after a long journey with Alzheimer disease. Loving mother to David and his wife Marion "Marnie" of Burlington, and Mary Anne of Surrey, B.C. Treasured grandmother to Debbie Evers (Ryan) and great-grandmother to Kaiden and Ella. She will be missed by her Tufford nieces, nephews and dear friend Karen and many others. Predeceased by her husband Lloyd (2010), the love and soul mate of her life, her parents Olive and Reg Tufford, her brother Jack and sister Joyce. Mom worked at the Royal and TD banks in Midland for many years. She was a fantastic knitter, supplying the family with many sweaters. Thanksgiving and Christmas were special to her when she was surrounded by her children and grandchildren. Thanks to the staff at Cama Woodlands Long Term Care who became a second family to Mom, offering her loving, expert care during the past 5 years. Cremation has taken place. A private celebration of life will be held in June, and interment in Kincardine. Donations in memory of Marjorie to Cama Woodlands or the Alzheimer Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
