GARDNER, Norah (nee Nicol)
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our mom, Norah, on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at the age of 74.
Norah is the loved and loving mother of Lisa and John Philip, Susan and Mark Rab, and Laura and Malcolm Berry, the proud Grandma/Jama to Meghan (Jake), Madeleine and Robert Philip; Sarah, Heather and Amy Rab; Graham, Meredith and Paige Berry, and Great-Grandmother to Olivia Malecki. She will be lovingly remembered by her siblings: Fred Karwath, Agnes Czifra, Alec and Leona Nicol, Ann and Ted Rogers, Maureen and Jerry Davis, Jim Nicol and Christie Milne, John Nicol, Mary and Tab Charbonneau, and Davey Gardner. Norah will be dearly missed by extended family and friends.
We miss you, Mom, but we take comfort in knowing that you are reunited with Dad and Paige. We love you whole bunches.
A Service of Remembrance will be held at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. Friends are welcome to gather for a visitation from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service. Reception to follow. Private interment at Fairview Cemetery, Niagara Falls.
If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations to Bruce Trail Conservancy (www.brucetrail.org) or to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
