Danny Fournier -
December 27, 1953 - April 8, 2017.
On April 8, 2017, Danny passed away with immediate family, Marie Gilliam (sister), Guy Fournier and Michael Greenwood (brothers), Tammy Cunningham and Sheri Neill Cunningham (nieces) by his side holding his hands as he slipped away effortlessly. He goes to a better place, where he will see his pre-deceased siblings Phillip Fournier, Claude Fournier and sister Francis Fournier. His final thoughts were for his son Nathan Fournier. He will be greatly missed by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces and good friends. And especially missed by his devoted mother Agathe Roy who has loved him with all her heart, and even in her dementia, remembered him until she could remember no more. A wise man said that when we pass we are washed clean, forgiven, released of all our emotional pain and perceived debts, and all our relationships are washed clean with those we leave behind. This passing was a gift of release to Danny, who suffered with terrible physical pain his entire adult life. May the next part of his journey be filled with love and kindness and he enter the next realm dancing his funny little dance with ease and laughter.
