NEEDHAM, Jeffrey Robert

Passed away peacefully on February 16, 2017 in his 40th year at St.
Peter's Hospital, Hamilton. Beloved son of Kathy Civitarese, and brother and brother-in-law of Robert and Lauren Needham. Survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Beloved grandson of the late Syd and Doris
Needham and Joseph and Katherine Wercholoz. Jeffrey was a long time resident of St. Peter's Hospital, and the family is forever grateful for the love and care provided by the staff of 4 West and most recently for the compassionate palliative care given by the staff of 3 West, notably Tricia for her help and support in Jeffrey's final moments. Special thank you as well to Dr. Myles Sergeant, Dr. J. Shadd and Dr. Bev Hattersley. A Memorial Service for Jeffrey will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of St. Peter's Hospital, 88 Maplewood Avenue, Hamilton.
