Passed away peacefully at Trillium Health Centre Hospital in Mississauga on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at the age of 66. Loving mother of Kristen Fowler of Burlington, Ontario. Private Cremation has taken place. A private Interment will be held at Greenwood Cemetery in Burlington at a later date. If desired, donations in Karen’s memory to CAMH would be sincerely appreciated.
