Obituary for Susanne Zelitt

Zelitt, Susanne
It is with profound sadness that the family announces the unexpected passing of Susanne at the Hamilton General Hospital on Monday, January 2, 2017, at the age of 72. Beloved mother of Kim Mutch (Chris Sellon) and Cindy Mutch (Chase Thomson). Proud grandmother of Jake and Isabella. Dear sister of Barbara Whillans (Alan). Susanne will be fondly remembered by her long-time partner and friend Dr. John Hewson, and dear friends Wanda and Dennis Wilson. Predeceased by her Mom and Pops Naomi (nee Knapp) and Peter Fler. To celebrate Susanne's life, a Memorial Gathering will be held at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street, (one block north of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 from 5-8 P.M. For those who wish, donations in memory of Susanne to the Alzheimer Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family. Special thanks to the Canadian Red Cross, Meals on Wheels Burlington, Hamilton Health Sciences Heart Investigation Unit, and Cardiac Intensive Care Unit for all of their help.
