He faced many challenges and health issues these past years, but it didn't stop him from smiling and being an adoring father. It is with great sadness that our family is announcing the passing of our dear father, Carlo Costantini, on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 in his 80th year. Predeceased by his loving parents Bernardo & Guiseppina Costantini. Devoted husband to the late Adalgisa Costantini, and cherished father to Elena Parvanyik (Frank), Josi Williamson (Gord), and Betta Dalfuoco (Loris). Proud Nonno to Tania, Madeline, Angela, Franca, Chris, Mia, Gabriele and his great grandson Dominic. Loving Brother to Amelia (Costantini) Marchei, and pre-deceased by his brothers (sister in laws), Gabrielle, Filippo (Amelia), Arduino (Dina), Giovanni and survived by Concettina Costantini and loving brother-in-law to Vincenzina Buatti (Guilio) of Italy. Beloved uncle to many nephews and nieces. Special note of thanks to his beloved nephew Frank, who gave him the ultimate love and admiration and care and whom he loved. A special thanks also to the wonderful staff at Clarion Nursing Home for their care and compassion. The family will receive friends and family at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 454 Highway #8 (east of Millen Road) STONEY CREEK (905-664-4222) on Thursday, December 29, 2016 from 3-8 p.m. Prayer Vigil 7 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday, December 30, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. Entombment Bayview Cemetery.
