TILK, Julia (nee Lorinczi)
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Julia, our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, who passed surrounded by the love of her family on November 29, 2016 at the age of 91. Loving wife of the late John Tilk for 53 wonderful years. Loving mother to Nancy and Greg Jackson and Judy and Jim Stalford. Cherished grandmother of Brian and Catherine Jackson, Jeffrey Jackson and fiancée Lisa Kennedy, and Jennifer Stalford. Great grandmother of Lucien Jackson. Sister of the late Joe and Anne Lorinczi and Bill and Nellie Lorinczi. Sister-in-law of Mary and the late Les Tilk. Special aunt to many nieces and nephews. Julia will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by friends and family. In respect of Julia's wishes, cremation has taken place. Friends and family will be received at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street, BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Friday, December 2, 2016 from 6-9 pm where a Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 3 at 10:00 am. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Carpenter Hospice or a charity of your choice, would be sincerely appreciated by the family. To Mom and Dad, There's a place in our hearts that's yours alone. A piece of love no one can own. For deep in our hearts your memory is kept. To love and cherish and never forget.
