Obituary for Lola Mae Bivand (Young)

Passed away peacefully at Juravinski Hospital on Sunday, November 13, 2016 at the age of 65. Beloved wife of the late Alan (2014) for 44 years. Loved mother of Heather Bivand (Todd Johnston), Kim Bivand and Scott Bivand. Cherished grandmother of seven grandchildren. Dear sister of Pat Kjarsgaard (Torben) and Gladys Aston (Larry). Predeceased by brothers Bill Young and Bob Wells. She will also be missed by her many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the staff of Juravinski Hospital for their care and compassion. Visitation at STONEHOUSE-WHITCOMB FUNERAL HOME, 11 Mountain Street, GRIMSBY (905-945-2755) on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at 11:00 am. Interment Union Cemetery, Smithville. If desired, memorial contributions to Community Living or the Juravinski Hospital would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
