Obituary for Albina Baznik (Kodric)

Baznik, Albina

Passed away peacefully at The Brant Centre, on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at the age of 75. Beloved wife of Louis for 53 years. Loving mother of Rosmarie Twarog (Adam) and Renata Ferguson (Donald). Cherished grandmother of Nicholas, Christian, Sophie, Colin and Flora. Albina will be dearly missed by her sisters Fanika, Justa Kus (Michel), Ivanka Kus (Joe), and brothers Frank Kodric (Lidija), Martin Kodric (Majda) and Bogdan Kodric. Predeceased by sisters Sofia (Late Vedel) and Ana Pavlovic (Joe). A special thank you to all of the caring staff at Spencer Creek at The Brant Centre; particularly, Susan, Rachel, Virgilia, and Theresa. As well, we are very grateful for the kindness and compassion shown by Dr. Harricharan, Drs. A. & S. Vohra, and Dr.Lad. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Monday, October 31, 2016 from 5-8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Gregory the Great Slovenian Roman Catholic Church, 125 Centennial Parkway North, Hamilton on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at 10 a.m. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Burlington. For those who wish, donations in memory of Albina to St, Gregory the Great Slovenian Roman Catholic Church would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
