ZUBER, Victor - Peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family, at his home in Burlington, Ontario on Thursday, March 30, 2006, Victor Zuber, age 89 years. Beloved husband of Pierina (nee Sisani) Zuber. Much loved father of Mary and her husband Cesare Santilli of Dundas, Helen and her husband Craig Pritchard of Burlington, James and his wife Suzan of Toronto and John and his wife Dianne of Burlington. Cherished grandfather of Marc, Jaclyn, Janet, Marsha, Gregory and Emily. Victor was a veteran of WWII, a member of the Royal Canadian Legion and a retired longtime employee of the City of Burlington. Visitation at SMITH`S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street (one block north of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333) on Sunday 3-6 p.m. with Vigil Prayers at 3 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, Brant Street (at Blairholm), Burlington on Monday, April 3, 2006 at 1 p.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
